‘Heart in their Hand’ is a beautiful project which offers families a gift that is shared when saying goodbye.
The keepsake heart can be placed in a baby or loved one’s hand when saying goodbye and the keyring is taken home as a beautiful reminder of the connection shared.
We first started in the UK and are currently launching hearts to families in Australia.
